1. Data We Collect

Evergreen collects your journal entries, mood data, habit records, and profile information (name, email) solely to provide the service. Optional metadata (weather, location) is only collected with your explicit consent.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to power your personal life OS. We never sell data to third parties. AI features (Daily Spark, Mood Sensing) process your data ephemerally — we do not store AI inputs/outputs beyond the session.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Turso (libSQL), hosted in the EU (AWS eu-west-1). Backups are encrypted at rest.

4. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

• Access: Export all your data as a ZIP at any time from Settings → Privacy.
• Deletion: Request complete account deletion from Settings → Privacy → "Delete My Account".
• Portability: Your journal exports as standard Markdown files.
• Opt-out: Disable AI analysis and location capture at any time in Privacy Settings.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies (NextAuth). No advertising or tracking cookies.
